This creates new opportunities, but also dangers for corporate communications. But which topics are really important? Professors Ansgar Zerfa\u00df (University of Leipzig), Stefan Stieglitz (University of Duisburg-Essen) and their team have intensively observed and evaluated changes in the areas of management, society and technology for the second year in a row. For the coming months, the scientists see above all the trends:  <\/em><strong>\n  <em>Language Awareness, Closed Communication, Gigification, Synthetic Media <\/em>\n<\/strong><em>and <\/em><strong>\n  <em>Cybersecurity<\/em>\n<\/strong><em>  as a driver for change. If you are not yet familiar with most of the terms, despair is not indicated. It is certainly good to be prepared for the fact that these trends are gaining space and thus also have a direct influence on how, or how successfully, we communicate. Incidentally, all trends are (again) directly linked to technological developments that keep us busy in CommTech.
