Thomas Mickeleit

Thomas Mickeleit is a freelance communications consultant for digital transformation. Until 2020, he served as a member of the Executive Board and Communications Director at Microsoft Germany. In previous professional positions, the fully qualified lawyer (FU-Berlin) was Head of Corporate Communications for Volkswagen, IBM Germany and Grundig. Mickeleit has given impetus to corporate communications through the early adoption of data-driven communications and by introducing a newsroom model at Microsoft. One of his concerns as a consultant is helping communications functions improve their efficiency through the consistent use of data.
